As a Realtor, other groups did not produce more than (maybe) one new client per year of membership. During my first 3 months in LeTip I received solid leads that turned into one new client that purchased a home, and one new listing that sold and settled a few months later. These leads have more than paid for my membership fees for the entire year. I continue to receive leads and new clients while at the same time enjoying lunch with a great group of business people! The few hours per month that I spend at LeTip is well worth my time.
