Charlene Tucker is an Associate Broker at KW Commercial. Charlene owns a commercial property management firm based in Exton, PA. She has been involved in asset management, real estate brokerage, leasing, development and construction for 21 years. Charlene has participated in the acquisition of over $75M in commercial real estate and has managed over 500,000 square feet of office, lab and light manufacturing space. Charlene’s experience brings clients a strong understanding of owner and buyer perspectives, as well as financial analysis. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University. She holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) ® designation and NAR’s Green Designation GREEN)®.
